Within the framework of adopting technology edge solutions for Hotel Management & Web promotion, WLB developed the iHotel, a turn-key solution for Hospitality Management, covering the majority of the procedures required for a tourism business to operate efficiently with the use of cutting edge information systems and technologies.

• Property Management System: An intelligent Information Management system that allows the business to operate at a high level of productivity and cost management.
• Reservation System, providing online booking services through the Aquis portal. Reservations made by customers are centrally managed and monitored and then forwarded to the Property Management System reservation module, where hotel availability is automatically updated, eliminating manual interventions.
• Tour Operator’s reservations module, which incorporates in the reservation management any bookings made for the specific hotel by tour operater around the world. This is achieved with the use of XML application which a tour operator is using for just uploading the booking in question. This break-through technological solution, brings a number of benefits for the Hospitality business, since it saves time and money for the reservations coming from Tour operators, which until today was carried out with manual data entry of the booking details.
• IT Support Services, on a 24/7 basis for all hotels of the Aquis Group. Our Helpdesk is staffed by highly specialized H/W & S/W technicians, who are dealing with any technological query and problem at any time of the day, with the best response times possible.
• Application Service Provisioning, hosting all data and applications in our high security Data Centers. This new method of IT outsourcing, relieves the customer of the IT hosting and support overhead and ensures reliability and availability.
