Within the context of this project ", WLB undertook the design and production of an interactive multimedia program (CD-ROM) aiming to educate and provide useful knowledge on the cultural heritage of the Sina Monastery.
This educational tool aimed both at pupils as well as adults and presented included selected photographs of objects with historical and cultural interest, virtual representations or video attractions and historical sites.
The purpose was to familiarise the audience with the cultural treasures of the Sina Monastery and to offer alternative ways to enjoy the exceptional art represented in the Monastery collections. The project required an interactive scenario, which was implemented through multimedia (Rich Media: Animation/3D/Video), and the creation of an interactive timeline. This work represents the best edutainment products (educational games), which are internationally recognised. The friendly navigation system facilitates the learning process for the student and the retrieval of information seems like a game.
